Our stay had its ups and downs. The hotel is situated beautifully among vineyards, creating a peaceful atmosphere that we truly enjoyed. The staff, especially in the bar, provided a warm welcome, but we felt that the service overall could use more attention, particularly during our dining experiences. While the room was spacious and well-kept, the lack of engagement and communication during our stay left something to be desired. All in all, there’s a great foundation for a superb getaway, but the management really needs to focus on guest interaction and service.

The resort has enchanting scenery and offers a unique wine tasting experience, making it a notable choice. However, the service fell short of expectations, with a lack of attention to detail and disorganization during our arrival. While the dining experience was good, it's essential to manage expectations about reservations. The overall facilities have the potential to be fantastic with better management.
