Our stay had its ups and downs. The hotel is situated beautifully among vineyards, creating a peaceful atmosphere that we truly enjoyed. The staff, especially in the bar, provided a warm welcome, but we felt that the service overall could use more attention, particularly during our dining experiences. While the room was spacious and well-kept, the lack of engagement and communication during our stay left something to be desired. All in all, there's a great foundation for a superb getaway, but the management really needs to focus on guest interaction and service.
